Firstly, thankyou very much for the credit, and I’m not saying that with sarcasm. seriously, it’s nice to see :)

HOWEVER. It annoys me a bit that my image, more specifically these two characters, was/were used for something like this. I have straight characters too, and it shits me that either they don’t get the same sort of love my gay characters do, or that they’re often made out to be gay or whatever.

My gay characters aren’t ‘yaoi’.
They’re a part of me that I feel, they suffer how I suffer, it’s not like I ship them with everything that has a fucking cock, they have a very strong story that is very walled off in mine and my friends world. Sure, it’s fantastical, I can explore anything in my imagination, I don’t need to please people. It doesn’t ‘trivialise’ anything, people take offense because they just can’t fucking ignore other people.
Like we’re so perfect and just shit on everyone else with my tragic yaoi boys, making them so tragic that it makes your problems look like a fairy-tale? You don’t know what these people go through, how can you? You choose to be offended and you choose to see them trivialised.
But whatever. I respect the opinion in this, don’t get me wrong, and I’m not fighting it - I share it. But Eiji and Andrew are not ‘yaoi’, thankyou. They’re gay. Believe it or not, there’s a difference. Some of the comments and reblogs in this have a really blind side to them. In the end, they’re dolls. Other people’s dolls. Other people you can ignore.

Okay, and now I’m going to go back to my cave and keep ignoring the BJD hobby shit that set me off to that cave in the first place.
